I have developed and built many sites over the years and 3Dcart by far stand above the rest from what I have seen. We have used X-Cart in the past. 3Dcart is better then X-Cart in many ways. Its much more flexible and user friendly. It provides the ability to scale up for a rapidly growing company. We have been trying to work with just one technical support representative since our account is very complex and we require a lot of changes. The custom design was great. They fit the site perfectly to what we had in mind. Navigation was key for us and they worked with us to obtain the functionality . The software is very user friendly, I was able to train my staff quickly and they fully understand how to use the system. I have much more control over the diffrent aspects of the store which make it a complete system rather then just a shopping cart. |

I’ve been a customer for about 5 years or so now. Been a happy customer since day 1. I was imported from another shopping cart company. The import was smooth ( I was very nervous). They were great at everything! I have had a few issues (mostly me learning things) and anytime I have had issues I have always gotten a timely and effective response. I’ve used 3dcart design services for 2 websites and I am very happy with both! The graphics and flow of the site turned out fantastic! Very user friendly! I have tried MANY shopping cart sites and found 3dcart to be the best! I am a very satisfied customer! I have 5 websites with 3dcart and am I am a very happy customer! |

I have been using 3Dcart for 2 years. I have used many other carts including Xcart, Mals Cart, and most recent was ShopSite. I migrated to 3dcart because they have the broadest range on functionality and it is all available at your finger tips through their incredibly easy to use admin panel.
I have used their technical support to guide me through issues I though would be complicated but 3Dcart makes it a breeze. whether you use their extremely helpful (with screenshots) step by step instructions in PDF form, email support, or Live phone support they are excellent and very knowledgeable. I feel like I'm their only customer if and when I have an issue.
They have very good designers and have good attention to detail. They have the broadest range on functionality and it is all available at your finger tips through their incredibly easy to use admin panel. I love being able to import or export my products using excel. This makes things very easy to make large changes. It is very easy to market your website using their buildin marketing tools. You can easilt create and import a live google product feed or Yahoo or Shopping.com. They make it easy for you to be successful. You have access to marketing, orders, picture files, traffic and everything you could think of all in one easy to manage place.
They are the only shopping cart to consider!

We have been using 3dCart now for over 18 months with great success, during a very rough economic environment. We migrated from another cart that was not stable enough to handle the high volume we process daily. The technical support is great, and the new extended hours help out a lot. The custom design services were able to migrate our old design so that our customers didn’t even know we had a new site. The 2 reasons we chose 3dCart were ease of use and features. Ease of use was key to us because the employees needed to get up and running quickly without training and with the high volume of transactions we see daily, the new system needed to be simple and quick to use. The features, especially in the promotions manager were key to driving new revenues.

I've been using 3dcart since 2004, having transferred to 3dcart from Monster Commerce. 3dcart offered more features which was the main reason I switched. I've used 3dcarts design services 3 times. Twice they designed and implemented the site and the third time was just an implementation. The two times I had them design for me, I feel that I gave them very little information to go off of and they were able to pull out a great design. I find the software user friendly, my favorite feature is the CRM system. I know this may seem small but we handle a lot of email whether it is from the customer to us or from us to the customer. We're able to attach the CRMs to a customer’s order as well as their name. We do everything in the CRM system so that we can keep track of a customer and/or what's going on with their order. I like them enough that I'm also in the process of building two new 3dcart websites. |

Development of our customized webstore began in October of 2010. We migrated from an Xsilva shopping cart and the difference is vast. There is so much more we can do with 3dCart, technically and visually, and the face lift 3dCart has given our site is amazing. We can provide much more information to our customers with tabs for more information, videos, and pictures. The quality of service is very high. There is always someone there to help us and we never have to wait for someone to get back to us. It's great to have support like this. I never even knew this level of support existed in web support services. We have used the custom design services, and the experience was great. The interface is very intuitive and doesn't require special skills or an understanding of programming. Our favourite features are the customer reviews and the single checkout page with integrated payment processing. The order processing system is great too and has streamlined our order fulfillment process. We also like the ability to see the referring URL for orders placed, a feature we didn't have with our previous webstore. The ability to send newsletters from within the 3dcart software is a bonus. Our experience with 3dCart has been and continues to be very positive. |

We've been using 3dcart since 2004. 3dcart hosted our first store, but we did try a lot of others out before committing to 3dcart. Nothing had the features, customization, and ease of use that 3dcart offered. Not everyone who works for our company is computer savvy, but it was no problem getting them to understand 3dcarts software basics in a day. We've used technical support so many times during the last 6 years. Every time I'm stuck on trying to adjust something I give them a call. I don't think I've come across a problem they didn't help me work through in the last 6 years. We used the custom design service early on to build a menu I was stuck on. The service was very quick, and the result was exactly what I was looking for. I've found the site extremely user friendly. It took me awhile to learn the extent that I could customize 3dcart, but now, it's my favorite thing about the shopping cart. We've enjoyed using 3dcart for years, and will continue to do so. We've had problems, like I'm sure every business does, but 3dcart has always worked with us to solve them quickly. |

We made the switch to 3dCart after spending a considerable amount of time and money designing a custom website that ended up lacking a strong Content Management System, included no reporting or marketing tools and always had a bug or two that the designers were “working on.” We researched several shopping cart systems with the criteria that whatever product we committed to using must include the features we lacked on our old website as well as being stable, SEO friendly and include good technical support. Oh, and we needed it to integrate seamlessly with Stone Edge, a program we already had in place and use for order management.
3dCart met or exceeded all those criteria and we haven’t been disappointed since making the switch and going live ten months ago. We chose the template we thought would work best for our store from the many that 3dCart provides and I did all the design work in house while relying heavily on the outstanding technical support that 3dCart offers. I’m a self taught web designer and there was nothing too hard or complicated about the process which took me just over a month to complete. It was also an easy process to teach our other employees how to use 3dCart as the back end is intuitively laid out, easy to navigate and not too overwhelming for novice users. The switch to 3dCart has helped us to rank high organically for a number of our most important keywords, reduced our time to process orders and allowed us to grow rapidly as a new company by being able to focus on our business and not on our platform.

There have been several incarnations of GETJOCK.COM. We spent a lot of money designing a site from scratch using open-source software and then we switched over to a Volusion shopping cart. However, we wanted an easier back-end interface to work with that allowed us to better manage our business. In comparison everything with 3dCart was much more affordable and more reliable.
3dCart has packages that include all the add-ons you could want at whatever stage you are at with your online business. Our website costs us much less to run than it ever has AND we have a more robust site that truly ensures our customers have the best online shopping experience with us. The 3dCart software is so easy to use from to the front end to the back end. Our site is comparable to any major retailer's website with all the bells and whistles and functionality. The ability to easily customize pages, automated emails and manage order processing and inventory are some of the things I love in particular. 3dCart has even introduced us to third parties that integrate with our shopping cart giving us even more functionality which is truly added value. The technical support service is top notch all the way. We use the help line, the live chat and the ticket service. The tech team is quick to respond and extremely helpful. It gives us piece of mind to know that there is a live person at 3dCart to handle any situation that may arise. It's like we have our own website team headed up by real experts that we can trust.
We have used the 3dCart Custom Design Service several times for various projects. We love the fact that they are so organized with the collection of information and the presentation of information/comps. We have worked with so many designers on web projects and there were always so many problems with deliverables and installation. We are confident that 3dCart will deliver on time and when a piece goes live, it WILL work. We have been so pleased with 3dCart and recommend it to any brand just getting started or anyone who has experienced a string of disappointment with other shopping carts.
