Shopping Cart Software

We began our e-commerce business, www.designerknobsandpulls.com, which sells cabinet hardware in late 2009. We did some research, and with the help of a consultant, we chose to build the website using the 3dcart templates. We have over 1100 products with about 50 attributes each so the data base is pretty large.

The process was very easy to follow and we were up and running in 3 months. During that period we had numerous questions and they were always answered very quickly and in layman language, not tech-speak, which was very helpful for me since I am not a techie. It is a real pleasure (and an oddity) to call for service and talk to someone who undersatnds your question, is conversant in English, and can fix the problem without calling his or her supervisor. The service and customer support was outstanding and continues to be outstanding to this day!

I cannot say enough about how flexible and easy 3dcart shopping cart is to use. With a background in SEO (search engine optimization) I had some experience with my customers' shopping cart software.
