This was our first shopping cart. We spent 6 months researching before we chose 3dCart because of price, functionality, and service. We have been using 3dCart for approximately 3 years now. I have used the Technical Support many times and I have to say, regardless of how advanced or simple the question may be, the people in tech service have always been polite and understanding of the problem. I have dealt with other "Technical Suport" people in the past and I have to say, 3dCart has this mastered. Not only are they extremely fast to respond, but they are also very friendly and resolve the issue quicker than any other company I have ever dealt with. I think 3dCart is extremely user-friendly. I think at first, we may have struggled a little with some things, but the technical support team was absolutely wonderful through these "growing pains" we were having as we were new to the whole shopping cart scene.
We have used the custom design service twice. The first time was when we first went online and they did a great job of "copying" the look and feel of one of our existing sites. This last time, we wanted a "complete makeover" in order to get some separation from our other websites. From the start of this second design, 3dCart knew exactly what I was looking to do and the "feel" I was looking for in our new design. The "questionnaire" that was sent was very detailed and a perfect start to this project as it gave both parties a great insight as to what was going to happen next. From the planning stage to the actual design stage, the 3dCart team was in like a "perfect rhythm" which made this process so easy for us. They answered every question we had on the design and were very quick at sending revisions and such. Overall, it was the best decision our company made with having 3dCart design our website for us. It was affordable, the people were extremely helpful, and the whole process was complete in less than 3 weeks sooner than expected!
I couldn't be happier! Over the years we, as do most businesses, research to see where we can "cut the fat"... and 3dCart is definitely not one of those. There are so many features and options that it is hard to believe that anyone would go anywhere else! 3dCart is the "Full Package" and they have brought our business to a whole new level!

We have been online since the later 1980's - when we had customers print their order form and send a check - since then have used 3 carts extensively over the years and tried out countless others. We chose to move to 3dCart in July of 2006 and have been very happy with it ever since. We found other carts either had bad customer support or big issues with the cart itself, were awkward to use or not user friendly for customers. 3dCart was great when we started and has only improved with several updates since then, adding everything we have thought of... and more. Technical support has been quick and helpful every time. I design everything on my own site so have not used custom design services although they look like they do a good job. The software is very complex but user friendly at the same time - you can do as much or as little as you want with your site. When we moved to 3dCart we noticed an immediate improvement in our page ranking and traffic too. I plan to stick with this shopping cart and highly recommend it to anyone! |

I have been incredibly happy with 3dCart. The custom design work they've done captures the essence of So Cool Mom and features a happy vibe. I really appreciate the flexibility of pricing and sales features and newletter options. I can feature a specific sale or create a percentage discount on my customer's Shopping Cart. The system is flexible and diverse. On-line inventory is a huge plus - especially in the current economic climate. I am able to keep smaller inventory quantities because I always know what's in or out-of-stock. For me to be able to upload products simply and easily is a very important feature. Once you get the hang of it, the sky is the limit to how you can use the system. I have given 3dCart my highest recommendation to any potential client who has contacted me. The service is versitile and easy to use, and has allowed my business to grow. |

Previously I was using Godaddy.com's lame excuse for a cart called Quick Shopping Cart. The design aspects were weak, transactions were not editable, and the godaddy.com site was very confusing not very user friendly. I have never, in all my 30 years, had better customer support!! I want to make sure that I get the most out of my site, and a lot of the options 3dCart offered were new to me. So, I probably spoke with a representative once a day for the first 2 weeks! Every issue was been resolved quickly and the support representatives often go above and beyond. I switched to 3dCart because of the design aspect, but I'll stay a 3dCart customer because of the incredible technical support!
The design process was my biggest fear! I've heard nightmare stories about website design/redesigns and I had been a part of one myself prior. After only one conversation with the designer/account manager, the designer was able to create a site that blew my mind! They translated exactly what I wanted (style, layout, feel, etc.) into one of the best looking t-shirt websites on the internet! And I thought my ideas and needs were too contradictory and broad! Props their ability to translate idea's into design and usability!
I think that the software is almost too good. Like I said, I switched from a pretty basic cart program. So, it took me a while to acclimate. After a few weeks and a few hiccups on my part, the technical support team had me going strong! Some of my favorite features are the Meta Tag Creator Tool, the ability to edit orders and payments, and the inclusion of simple Flash on my homepage!
It's been a great experience, and I recommend 3dCart to everyone! My friends in the industry can't believe that I didn't spend a fortune for my new site! Although switching everything over from another cart wasn't necessarily easy for me, it was well worth the time and money spent! I'm proud to tell people to visit my website now!

I have been with 3dcart since November of 2008. I migrated from Volusion – 3dcart is more user friendly, even a beginner can setup a shopping cart with their easy how to’s and guides. 3dcart technical support is excellent, you get prompt response from highly skilled Technical Support within minutes. The easiest customized design service ever, I just explain what and how I want the site to look like together with the color variants, and with just 2 comps they nailed it, and it just a couple of weeks, my site is up and running with its new customize design. Awesome Design Team!
My favorite feature is adding products with all sorts of useful options such as up-selling, related products, quantity discount, rewards, you can hide it or put it as Home or Category Special or list it as Free Shipping. The inventory option is a cool way to have, it has Stock Alert, where it sends you email automatically notifying you that you are running low in stocks. Love the Inventory control option, where customer can sign up on the Waiting List until a product becomes available for purchase., which customers were duly notified via email, very helpful.
Very happy & satisfied, and will continue to be a loyal customer of 3dcart.

3dcart has found good balance of cool features and a simple, easy to use interface. For months after making the switch my employees thanked me for doing so. It's just much easier to use than other carts out there which helps us provide better customer service and in turn improves sales. Some of our favorite features are just basic things that they have made really easy like splitting orders for multiple shipments, placing a phone order and mouse over order details. Plus, all the important features are still there like analytics, reporting, shopping site feeds, newsletter management, CRM, return management and more.
First, we found them on page 1 of Google. We were also on page 1 for most of our terms and worked hard to get there. It was important to us to find a cart service that understood SEO, would help us maintain our rankings through transition and improve where we needed to. After examining the optimization features offered by 3dcart it was apparent that they had experience, and the rankings of their own shopping cart was proof. Fortunately, we have maintained our rankings throughout the transition to 3dcart services.
Secondly, 3dcart seems to understand and prioritize the needs of ecommerce business managers. Many shopping carts available today are full of features but in my opinion, designed or programmed by people that don't have experience with the daily operations of an online business. A huge downfall.
And finally, 3dcart's support has been exceptional. We worked hard over the years to build a successful business and switching shopping carts was a risky proposition. I had very specific requirements and needed some custom programming to make the transition. 3dcart has been easy to work with and reasonable in their customization costs. They respond quickly to issues and have given special attention in circumstances where they probably didn't need to. We've now had them customize page layouts, add features and even more complex behind the scenes programming to facilitate our transition with minimal impact on our SERPs.
Overall we've been very pleased with 3dcart as a shopping cart service provider. Of course there are certain things that we had to customize specifically for our business but 3dcart has been great to work with for that. We now have 3 websites using their platform and look forward to new features as they continually improve the software. Switching to 3dcart has improved our day to day operations and the time savings will help us focus on growing our business.

We have been using 3dCart since December of 2009. We migrated from Volusion after 3 years and are very happy with the 3dcart interface and features. Volusion was very technical and difficult to navigate. It did not have a clean interface and seemed to be geared towards to super techy/programmer type. 3dcart is straightforward and simple with a very clean and easy to use interface! It makes our day to day operations much easier and has helped open up new doors to marketing with the shopping engine exports. Shipping is simple and I am really digging the tracking updates right on the webpage frontend! Being an easier software to use, it also helps with training of new employees.
We tried out a few other solutions before making the final decision to switch the 3dcart and have been very happy with our decision. It is very user friendly and clean. Some of our favorite features include the roll-over/pop-up info boxes, integrated shipping with UPS, great RMA system, Easy design changes, Shopping Engine exports, reports, and the CRM system. I’m sure there are more, these are just what come to mind. I would have to say that we have finally found a good, reasonably priced solution for our online store needs for many years to come! 3dcart addresses all of our needs and continually works on adding new, value-added features! Keep up the good work guys!

I am a 3dcart Customer for 2 years and I left MonsterCommerce because 3D Cart had more features, better support for their product and is more in tune and adaptable to new suggestions. The software is extremely user friendly. Favorite features; being able to adjust the cart from the admin to suit my needs with just a couple clicks. From cart settings, display, reports to having ftp access – 3D Cart allows you to do it. The design team is in tune with customer needs and the design was done timely and professionally. 3D Cart support to customers is superior. EVERY person I have spoken with at 3D cart has been extremely helpful and professional. The response time to a support ticket is extremely prompt. Your service is A++. I have had experience with several other carts. 3D Cart has superior service and a product that should keep them ahead of the competition for years to come. |

We’ve been using 3DCart for a few months now for one of our micro-sites, miibeads.com. I’m very satisfied with your product and have recommended it for a few upcoming micro-sites. I have developed many eCommerce sites using various platforms such as Magento, X-Cart, Tech9 and Yahoo Stores. I’ve found that 3DCart is robust and very user friendly. I was able to setup our new personalized charm bracelet site in a couple of weeks. We have a few more microsites planned for this year and I’m definitely planning on hosting them with 3DCart. Before arriving at the solution we currently have, we were able to consult with the 3dCart staff and were shown many options to choose from. The plan we chose provided plenty of bandwidth, and we were able to select a great template for our site. We have had great feedback on how fast our site is, the speed is really great. The functionality of the site is impressive.
We are able to develop our site and code with no problems. The store manager site is great for viewing reports, customizing settings and contacting customer support. We also are using live chat software, which has been a great addition to our store. Customer support could not be better. Whether contacting 3dCart by phone or chat, they are always friendly and to the point in resolving issues quickly. The admin features are awesome, and very intuitive/easy to use. And we've found that we spend far less time "managing" our site, and much more time processing orders and developing new business leads! On the customer end, they love the account features, along with points, being able to provide product reviews, and the automated RMA system.
The tech support is wonderful, and we receive replies usually within a few hours via tickets. We will be very long term 3dCart users:)
