Every individual on our support staff has years of experience troubleshooting and supporting hosted ecommerce platforms. We are extremely proud of our team, so we thought we'd introduce you to them.
Although all of us here at 3dcart (including sales agents) give a hand in customer support, our main support team is composed of three groups:
Support agents – our first level support agents who normally handle questions or issues relating to using 3DCart's software.
Designers – our design support agents who tend to deal with more complex design related issues, typically relating to implementing specific changes to accommodate a specific "look" for our customer sites.
Developers – the ultimate level of support that is charged with implementing special programming to the sites in order to accommodate features not normally available "out-of-the-box."
When you contact support, you have access to every single person on this team. We take customer support very seriously and we feel our services are second to none. But don't take our word for it…
