• How do I enable the Multiple Ship To feature?

Under Modules in your Shift4Shop Online Store Builder, use the Search Bar or scroll down until you locate Multiple Ship To. Click the module to expand its options, then click the check box to activate it. Don’t forget to click Save in the upper right!

• How does a customer enter another address for their item to ship to?

When the customer adds an item to their cart, they can choose to have it ship to another address, which they can then enter in the View Cart page.

• Can a customer buy a large number of items and have them all go to different addresses or is there a limit?

A customer can designate an address for each item they buy as long as they choose the option when adding it to their cart. As the seller, you will still be able to use all the convenient order processing features of Shift4Shop just like with any other order.
